Our history
Cortello Family Food is a new project of chef and owner Petr Zanichev, who has devoted many years to studying Italian cuisine in the best restaurants. Peter has not just studied recipes – he has adopted the secrets of Italian chefs to offer food in Tallinn that transports you to the heart of Italy. His mission is to offer guests not just delicious food, but an authentic experience full of warmth and care.
